We are currently selling stock on presale basis. Details of our presale running times will be announced via our social media (when the sale starts and ends, and what items are available).

Once the presale has closed and the products have been made, We aim to get orders dispatched within 7 working days, often sooner. 

Shipping within the UK is free. We ship worldwide however please contact us to a)get a shipping quote and b)allow us to tally your order to said quote.

 All orders over £20 in value are sent via recorded services. All orders under £20 are sent via standard delivery services (no tracking).

We use Royal Mail for all orders.

We accept returns & exchanges on most all of our items as long as they are in resellable condition. A few times a year, we may have a final blowout on overstock or end of season items, in that case, those sales are final.

All return order issues must be handled within 21 days of order date. 

Since we are a small independent business all postage for returns, exchanges and refunds are at the cost of the buyer - thanks for your support & understanding!
